👨💻 Role: Junior .NET Developer
As a Junior Developer at L&T Infotech, you’ll be involved in designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using Microsoft technologies. You’ll collaborate with senior developers, participate in code reviews, and continuously improve your technical expertise.
🧠 Technical Skills We’re Looking For
🔹 Backend Development (.NET Technologies)
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework
- Experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API
- Familiarity with Entity Framework and ADO.NET
- Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful services
- Mandatory Skill: .NET Core Web API (using MVC Core)
Even if you’re early in your career, a solid foundation and willingness to learn go a long way.
🔹 Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS)
Clear understanding of OOPS concepts, including:
- Inheritance
- Encapsulation
- Polymorphism
- Abstraction
These fundamentals are essential for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
🔹 Database & SQL Server Knowledge
Working knowledge of SQL Server, including:
- Stored Procedures
- User Defined Functions
- Built-in Functions
- Indexes
- Joins, Clauses, and Operators
- Views and Triggers
You should be comfortable writing optimized queries and understanding how data flows through applications.
🔹 Frontend Development Skills
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Hands-on knowledge of jQuery:
- Functions
- Events
- JSON handling
A good Junior Developer understands how backend logic connects seamlessly with frontend behavior.
🔹 Angular & Modern UI Development
Working knowledge of Angular, including:
- Components, Directives, and Pipes
- Angular Routing
- Services and Dependency Injection
- Data Binding
- Angular Forms
- TypeScript basics
If you enjoy building responsive and dynamic user interfaces, you’ll love this role.
🔹 Software Design & Architecture
- Basic understanding of Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of SOLID principles for clean and maintainable code

🔹 Version Control & DevOps Tools
- Experience with GIT / TFS
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts is a plus
