Key Experience Required
Cognizant is looking for candidates who have solid hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
- Minimum 5 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- At least 2 to 3 full implementation projects as a Functional Consultant
- Senior professionals with 8+ years of experience should have 4–5 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
Technical Skills Required
Candidates should have good functional and technical understanding of Oracle HCM modules:
- Ability to write Fast Formulas
- End-to-end implementation experience in:
- Global HR
- HR Help Desk (HRHD)
- Absences
- Oracle Cloud Payroll
- Talent Management
- Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)
- Oracle Compensation and Benefits
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)
- Taleo Recruit and Onboarding with TCC
Process & Documentation Knowledge
- Good understanding of AIM / OUM methodologies
- Experience in project documentation and implementation phases
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred
Soft Skills Required
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work with clients and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
