About the Role: Design Verification Engineer
As a Design Verification Engineer at TCS, you will play a key role in ensuring that complex chip designs work correctly and meet high quality standards before they reach customers.
You will work on modern VLSI systems, verify critical subsystems, and contribute to reliable and high-performance silicon solutions.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Create and execute test plans to verify chip designs at block, subsystem, and system levels
- Build and use verification environments to check design functionality
- Perform structured verification using industry-standard methods and close coverage goals
- Debug issues in both design and verification setups
- Work closely with design, architecture, and validation teams to fix bugs quickly
- Support automation and regression testing to improve efficiency
- Verify high-speed interfaces such as MIPI (CSI, DSI, UFS, UniPro)
- Validate NoC (Network-on-Chip) performance, including speed, latency, and reliability
- Integrate multiple IPs and verify complete end-to-end use cases
Skills and Experience Required
- Strong background in Design Verification and VLSI
- Experience level: 5 to 12 years
- Hands-on experience with subsystem or SoC-level verification
- Good understanding of industry verification methodologies
- Ability to work in a team and solve complex technical problems
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent degree
