Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of Data Engineers and Application Developers

Client Interaction
- Act as the main point of contact for clients

Project & Delivery Management
- Manage projects from planning to execution
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Status Reporting
- Share regular project updates with stakeholders
- Highlight progress, risks, and action plans
Problem Solving
- Identify and resolve technical or delivery challenges early
- Ensure smooth and efficient project execution
