About the Role
Microsoft’s Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization plays a key role in delivering excellent service to customers. Within this, the Customer Service & Support (CSS) team ensures customers get fast, secure, and helpful technical support.
As a Senior Support Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of skilled support engineers who solve complex technical problems. You will guide your team, support customers, and work closely with other Microsoft teams to improve products and services.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
OR equivalent professional experience - 3+ years of experience in areas such as:
- Operations
- Delivery management
- Account or vendor management
- Sales or customer-focused roles
- At least 1 year of experience managing people
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
You must also be able to meet Microsoft’s background and security requirements.
