Role Overview: Developer
As a Developer at Wipro, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining reliable software solutions used by clients. Your work will help ensure high performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Location: Pune – Kharadi
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze complex SQL queries
- Identify and fix performance issues in SQL
- Review and validate PL/SQL programs
- Perform high-quality data-centric testing
- Work on Data Warehouse (DWH) testing and data validation
- Prepare test plans, effort estimates, and reports
- Support smooth deployment and monitoring of applications
- Suggest and implement automation improvements
- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality results
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Data-Centric Testing
- Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience in DWH testing
- Exposure to ETL tools, reporting tools, or databases
- Ability to identify performance issues and improve systems
- Understanding of testing processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in software testing or data-focused roles
- Knowledge of testing tools and estimation methods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
