About the Role
As an RME Coordinator, you will be at the heart of Amazon’s operations, making sure our facility runs efficiently and safely every day. You will manage maintenance, repairs, and technical systems, directly supporting teams to ensure the best experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Facility & Equipment Maintenance: Handle daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and maintain conveyors, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors to maintain systems under warranty or service contracts.
- Energy & Safety Management: Monitor energy usage, maintain DG sets, and check fire alarms and extinguishers.
- System Upkeep: Maintain power distribution, lighting, control systems, sensors, and drives.
- Operational Support: Ensure production equipment works safely and efficiently.
- Minor Repairs & Upgrades: Take care of building finishes, fixtures, furniture, and operational equipment like trolleys and carts.
- Civil & Plumbing Work: Handle minor maintenance calls and repairs.
- Soft Services: Manage housekeeping, pest control, and waste disposal, and supervise agency staff.
- Reporting & Planning: Track maintenance schedules, update tools inventory, and provide daily reports.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in maintenance of conveyors, automation systems, or control systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair technical equipment efficiently
