Job Role: Channel Team Lead – Quick Commerce

Location: Delhi (Hiring also across key cities)

As a Channel Team Lead, you will support delivery centers and help manage Amazon’s last-mile delivery network. You will work closely with delivery partners, retail stores, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You Will Do

Account & Partner Management

  • Identify and onboard new retail stores and delivery partners
  • Build long-term relationships with partners
  • Help partners grow their business with Amazon

Field & Operations Work

  • Visit assigned stores and delivery partners regularly
  • Support new product launches and operational improvements
  • Handle day-to-day operational challenges and escalations

Performance & Reporting

  • Track store and delivery performance
  • Share reports, insights, and improvement plans
  • Ensure high service quality, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor associates and field teams
  • Set clear goals and track performance
  • Build a motivated, customer-focused team culture
