The testing activities related to Testing Tools, Test Automation (EMB), Selenium, and Java will be led and overseen by the Test Lead. The main focus will be on ensuring that testing strategies, methodologies, and frameworks are successfully implemented to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the testing team and make sure test plans and cases are completed on time and properly.
  2. Create and improve testing processes for automation, Selenium, Java, and EMB-based projects.
  3. Work with other teams to understand testing needs and make sure all parts of the software are tested.
  4. Perform automated testing using tools like Selenium, Java, and EMB to make testing faster and more accurate.
  5. Track and share updates on testing progress, problems, and bugs with project stakeholders.
  6. Guide and support team members on the best testing methods and tools.

Skills Needed:

  1. Good at using testing tools and automating tests with tools like Selenium and programming in Java.
  2. Experienced in creating and managing test automation systems.
  3. Understands how software testing works, including methods, tools, and best practices.
  4. Can find and fix problems in complex software.
  5. Communicates well and can lead a testing team effectively.

Other Requirements:

  1. Having a certification in testing tools and test automation (like EMB, Selenium, or Java) is a bonus.
