Responsibilities :
- Maintain and troubleshoot multi‑modality imaging systems.
- Address complex system-level issues and complete administrative tasks promptly.
- Assist with quote generation and follow-up (via phone/email) and coordinate with customers and sales teams.
- Acquire technical, functional, and behavioral skills through hands-on work.
- Perform data entry, database cleaning, and support installed‑base management.
- Deliver assigned projects within timelines, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving.
- Understand project problems and propose solutions.
