About the Role
As a Team Lead, Operations, you will manage a team and ensure smooth operations across the Sort Center. You will be the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping solve issues and improve processes that enhance the customer experience.
You don’t need to be an expert in logistics from day one, but you should be curious, proactive, and ready to learn. Your role will involve spotting opportunities to improve team performance and turning ideas into real change.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a Shift: Manage day or night shifts, guiding your team to achieve high performance.
- Drive Team Success: Motivate and train your team, build a positive culture, and help everyone grow.
- Improve Processes: Identify areas for improvement, reduce waste, and make operations smoother.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with Finance, Customer Service, Fulfillment Centers, and Projects teams.
- Monitor Performance: Track key metrics, audit processes, and make data-driven decisions to solve bottlenecks.

What We’re Looking For
We want people who are ready to learn, grow, and lead. You should have:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Excel or other data tools is a plus.
