- Required documents
- Matriculation certificate (Class 10) or its equivalent.
- (Class 12) or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology.
- Date of birth certificate if, it is not mentioned in above certificates.
- ITI trade certificate
- National trade certificate by the NCVT/SCVT.
- Caste certificate for the SC/ST candidates.
- EWS certificate for the candidates.
- Disability certificate.

- Mode of selection
- selection for the apprenticeship done by the unit wise and multiple reservation and community criteria wise rankings of the candidate.
- candidate must have a valid score more than 50% aggregate in his class 10th from any board.
- For lab technician in (Radiology/Pathology) the marks calculated with 12th PCB marks.
- For ITI candidates the selection will be on the basis on consideration of their avg in official trade certificate.
- Note – if two candidates have similar no of marks then the candidate older by age have the age advantage in this case.
