What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 24/7 support for Tesla applications, working in shifts to keep things running smoothly.
  • Fix issues quickly and perform regular maintenance to prevent problems before they happen.
  • Use your advanced SQL skills to work with databases and solve complex problems.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot issues reported by Tesla employees and clients, providing solutions that stick.
  • Take ownership of production issues and coordinate with different teams (internal and external) to resolve them.
  • Work with development teams to understand configuration and operational requirements.
  • Help investigate service failures and support escalation to ensure problems don’t happen again.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience designing and developing high-quality, scalable web applications and backend services using .NET and C#.
  • Ability to develop both client-side apps and back-end web services.
  • Strong focus on security best practices, code modularity, and maintainability.
  • Experience collaborating with security teams for code reviews and design analysis.
  • Knowledge of unit testing, bug fixing, and Agile development processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with teams effectively.
  • A Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience showing your exceptional skills.
