What You’ll Do
- Designing and developing tools, jigs, and fixtures for automation
- Helping with workstation layouts and component handling systems
- Creating 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings
- Assisting with design analysis and simulations
- Collaborating with engineers on projects from idea to implementation
- Supporting process improvements through Lean Manufacturing principles
- Coordinating with vendors for components and materials
- Troubleshooting tools, fixtures, and automation equipment

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Automation, Robotics, or a related field. You should be:

- Familiar with CAD software like SolidWorks
- Curious about process improvement and Lean Manufacturing
- A good team player with effective English communication
- Eager to learn and take on challenges
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and automation concepts
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement processes
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and process flow
- Problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and design challenges
