💼 About the Role: Domain Consultant – L3
As a Domain Consultant – L3, you’ll play a key role in driving business transformation for telecom clients. This role goes beyond analysis—you’ll lead engagements, influence strategy, and build scalable solutions that create real business impact.
You’ll act as the primary client contact, owning delivery while collaborating closely with consulting leaders and client partners.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Lead business process analysis, gap assessments, and solution design
- Translate business strategies into practical, technology-driven solutions
- Act as the main client-facing consultant, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
- Define business requirements and functional specifications
- Estimate scope, effort, and delivery risks for solutions
- Drive pre-sales, proposal creation, and new business opportunities
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing and new accounts
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members
- Build reusable frameworks, methodologies, and IP from projects
- Contribute to practice development, go-to-market offerings, and point solutions
🛠️ Mandatory Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 8–10 years of experience in the Telecom Networks domain
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience
- Ability to handle large-scale, complex engagements
- Experience in solution building, delivery leadership, and presales
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
