We are looking for a certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional to join our GPO Transformation Office – Quality Management team. This role plays a key part in transforming how we work, improving efficiency, and moving towards smarter and more autonomous operations.
About the Role
As an Associate – Quality & Training (L2), you will:
- Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Redesign and simplify processes for better efficiency and quality
- Track performance metrics and ensure governance through stakeholder collaboration
- Support the organization’s journey toward streamlined and intelligent operations
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, innovation, and delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive quality and process improvement projects end-to-end
- Use Lean and Six Sigma practices to solve business challenges
- Facilitate workshops like Kaizen and process improvement sessions
- Identify risks and gaps using structured problem-solving techniques
- Communicate progress, insights, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
- Explore innovative approaches, including AI-based solutions, to enhance processes
Qualifications
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
- Strong understanding of Lean principles
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in Quality or Transformation roles
Tools & Knowledge
Hands-on experience with:
- Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA
- Process Mapping (Visio)
- 5S methodologies
- Minitab, Power BI
- MS Office applications
Experience using AI or Gen AI solutions to improve business processes is a strong advantage.
