Role Purpose

As a Recruiter L3, your key role is to find, attract, and hire the right talent based on business needs while ensuring a positive and professional experience for every candidate.

What You Will Do

Talent Sourcing & Hiring

  • Understand business hiring needs, urgency, and skill requirements
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies using job portals, consultants, and employee referrals
  • Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with technical panels
  • Conduct HR interviews and manage salary discussions within company guidelines
  • Release offer letters and ensure timely offer acceptance
  • Stay connected with candidates and support them until joining
  • Coordinate background verification and onboarding activities
  • Regularly update business teams on hiring progress

Candidate Experience Management

  • Ensure smooth communication and strong engagement with candidates
  • Handle candidate queries and resolve concerns quickly
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and documents in recruitment tools
  • Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports for management
  • Work closely with internal teams to track risks and hiring challenges
  • Ensure full compliance with Wipro recruitment policies and processes

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • MBA / PG Diploma in HR is an added advantage

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
  • Good understanding of IT / technical hiring
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for delivering a great candidate experience
