Role Purpose
As a Recruiter L3, your key role is to find, attract, and hire the right talent based on business needs while ensuring a positive and professional experience for every candidate.
What You Will Do
Talent Sourcing & Hiring
- Understand business hiring needs, urgency, and skill requirements
- Plan and execute hiring strategies using job portals, consultants, and employee referrals
- Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews with technical panels
- Conduct HR interviews and manage salary discussions within company guidelines
- Release offer letters and ensure timely offer acceptance
- Stay connected with candidates and support them until joining
- Coordinate background verification and onboarding activities
- Regularly update business teams on hiring progress
Candidate Experience Management
- Ensure smooth communication and strong engagement with candidates
- Handle candidate queries and resolve concerns quickly
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and documents in recruitment tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports for management
- Work closely with internal teams to track risks and hiring challenges
- Ensure full compliance with Wipro recruitment policies and processes

Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- MBA / PG Diploma in HR is an added advantage
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
- Good understanding of IT / technical hiring
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for delivering a great candidate experience
