As a Java Full Stack Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading software development projects from start to finish. You will work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects
- Coordinate with full-stack development teams working on Java and modern front-end technologies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to gather requirements and share progress
- Identify risks early and take steps to resolve issues smoothly
- Mentor team members and encourage best technical practices
- Suggest improvements, new ideas, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to add value to the team
Skills & Experience Required
Sony is looking for professionals with strong experience and leadership abilities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and related frameworks
- Good knowledge of full-stack development, including front-end technologies like React.js
- Experience working with databases and SQL
- Familiarity with modern development and deployment tools
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Desirable Skills
- Experience with React Native
- SQL scripting knowledge
- Certifications in project management or Agile (nice to have)
Education & Experience
- Qualification: Any Engineering Degree
- Experience: 10 to 15 years in software development and project management
