About the Role
As a Scale Advisor, you will support customers using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. Your main goal is to help customers solve complex issues, improve collaboration, and ensure their systems run smoothly and securely.
You will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams, making a real impact on how organizations collaborate every day.
What You Will Do
- Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Help customers fix issues related to:
- File sharing and permissions
- OneDrive sync and performance problems
- SharePoint sites and document libraries
- Assist with setup, administration, and optimization of SharePoint and OneDrive
- Work with engineering teams to resolve complex issues
- Document solutions and share knowledge with the team
- Communicate clearly with customers and ensure timely issue resolution
- Stay updated on new Microsoft 365 features and security standards
What We Are Looking For
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business
- Good understanding of permissions, sharing, and security
- Experience supporting collaboration or storage platforms
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or system administration
- Portuguese language skills (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
- PowerShell knowledge for SharePoint administration
- Experience with SharePoint migrations or hybrid environments
- Microsoft certification related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365
