About the Role
As a Procurement Operations Buyer, you will support global procurement activities and help manage customer purchase requests. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth purchasing and timely delivery of goods and services.
This role gives you hands-on exposure to procurement processes while improving your professional and interpersonal skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing purchase requests and understanding client needs
- Helping clients with missing or additional information
- Identifying the right suppliers from approved sources
- Confirming prices, delivery timelines, and order details
- Creating and tracking purchase orders
- Supporting supplier setup and documentation
- Following up on deliveries and urgent orders
- Resolving invoice or payment issues
