Amazon is hiring Operations Leads (Team Leads) for its Amazon Fresh – Last Mile Operations in Pune.

As an Operations Lead, you will play a key role in making sure customers receive their orders on time and with the highest quality. You will lead a team, support delivery partners, and ensure daily operations run smoothly and safely.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Manage day-to-day delivery operations at one or more delivery sites
- Lead, motivate, and guide associates to perform their best
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
- Track attendance and performance fairly and consistently
- Coach team members and help them grow through training and feedback
- Handle performance or discipline issues when required
- Work closely with delivery partners (3P vendors) to meet Amazon standards
- Continuously improve delivery processes
- Conduct daily workplace audits to maintain organization and safety
- Step in for the Area Manager when needed
- Be flexible to manage different shifts during the day
What We’re Looking For
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or customer-facing roles
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in operations or logistics
