Role Overview
They are seeking a Backoffice Helpdesk Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will not only leverage your strong English communication skills but also apply your Hi-Tech domain expertise to deliver exceptional support. As a result, you will directly contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience. Moreover, this position offers a remote work model, thereby providing flexibility while simultaneously ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Apply Hi-Tech domain knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation and training materials
- Ensure compliance with company policies while delivering high-quality customer service
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English communication
- Solid understanding of the Hi-Tech domain
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model

- Experience with helpdesk tools and ticketing systems
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and knowledge management systems

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position ranges between $17–$20 per hour, depending on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate. In addition, this position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, which is based on performance and subject to the terms and conditions of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
