About the Role: IBM i Product Support Fresher
As an IBM i Product Support Intern/Fresher, you will work closely with experienced engineers and help customers solve technical issues. Don’t worry—you’ll receive guidance, training, and support at every step.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Help identify and resolve basic issues related to IBM i software and applications
- Work on support tickets and collect system information and logs
